Pre-registration

Registration is limited: please register early.
Please note that registration will be limited to 200 pre-registered people only, due to the space limit. (On a first come first served basis.)

An applicant for pre-registration should send the registration fee and registration form to the Secretariat until August 10, 2007.

On-site registration will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Request of refunds must be submitted in writing to the 1st Left Main Summit 2007. In case of cancellation received before August 10, 2007, the balance except a 15% administrative fee will be refunded after the meeting. No refunds will be given on and after August 11, 2007.

The Organizing Committee of the Left Main Summit 2007, Sponsored by the CardioVascular Research Foundation(CVRF), believe that international participations from all over the world are highly valued features to the success of this significant annual conference in the field of interventional vascular.

We are also committed to assisting our international participants on the application process for a travel visa. If you require a visa to visit Korea, please check with your local Korea embassy or consulate to obtain the necessary documents. Letter of Invitation
On request, the CVRF is pleased to send an invitation for participation in the Left Main Summit 2007.
While we are pleased to provide documentation of your registration to attend our meeting, visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the consular officer.
Letters of invitation are sent to only those individuals who are registered to attend at the Left Main Summit 2007 and whose payments have been verified.
