| How to Register |
- An applicant for advance registration should send the completed registration form to the Secretariat. Please fill out this form and send us back by email (yuyun@summitmd.com)or fax (82-2-475-6898).

| Payment Method |
- After registration, the secretariat will send the invoice about the registration fees.
You can choose the payment method as below;
- Wire transfer
- Credit card (The additional commission fee 10% will be charged.)

| Cancellation Policy |
- Cancellations within 6 to 10 business days of the course commencement will incur a 50% cancellation fee and between 0 and 5 business days will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
