Orientation for Participants
1. Accommodation
  • All participants will stay in Douglas House, Sheraton Grande Walkerhill Hotel, Seoul, Korea for 5 nights and 6 days. If you’d like to stay more, you need to cover additional expenses for that. For more information about the hotel, its location and ground transportation (limousine bus), please visit to the website 'www.sheratonwalkerhill.co.kr'.

  • The Training Center is located at 3rd Floor, East Building, Asan Medical Center, Seoul, Korea.

3. Case Presentation
  • The participants are requested to prepare and submit their case which they did procedures in their daily practice and want to share with experts for Luncheon Activities: “Case Reviews-Meet the Experts” to Ms. Hyerim YUN, the training coordinator of CVRF via e-mail (yuyun@summitmd.com) a week before the course. Especially, the nightmare complication cases are welcomed.
  • If a participant fails to submit a case a week before the course, he/she will be asked to submit it after their arrival in Korea. It is recommended that the report be submitted on USB memory device. You can submit it after you arrive in Korea. It is recommended that the report be submitted on USB memory device. The CD is not available.
    The case should be in MS PowerPoint format (MS Office 2010 Version) and be written in English. But if you bring your laptop, the version of MS office doesn't matter.
4. Ground Transportation: Hotel <=> Asan Medical Center
  • The shuttle bus will pick up the participants in front of the Sheraton Grand Walkerhill (Main Entrance) at 7:30 am during the training.
    Also for using the shuttle bus for breakfast from douglas house they stay to Main Entrance (Sheraton Grand Walkerhill), the bus will pick up the participants at 7:00 in front of douglas house.
5. Certificate
  • The Participants who have successfully completed the training program will be presented a certificate issued by CVRF.
